In accordance with Florida Statute §136.06(1), checks issued and electronic payments made by the Board must be recorded in the meeting minutes of the Board. The attached exhibits list the checks issued and electronic payments made for each month as follows: Exhibit 1 - October 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018; Exhibit 2 - November 1, 2018 through November 30, 2018; and Exhibit 3 - December 1, 2018 through December 30, 2018.
