The Planning Council, as the Local Planning Agency (LPA) responsible for the Broward County Land Use Plan, considered the following proposed text amendment PCT 19-3, at its October 25, 2018, public hearing, and recommended approval (Vote of the Planning Council: Unanimous: 11-0: Blackwelder, Blattner, Breslau, Brunson, Castillo, DiGiorgio, Graham, Hardin, Rich, Rosenzweig and Stermer):
AMENDMENT PCT 19-3
Amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan Text
Existing 439.7-acre Miramar Activity Center II, reducing development threshold of office land uses by 500,000 square feet and amending residential dwelling unit types for single-family and multi-family.
Approximately 439.7 acres: generally located east of Southwest 66 Avenue and bound on the north by Pembroke Road, on the east by State Road 7/U.S. 441, and on the south by County Line Road, in the City of Miramar.
