Staff typically presents three supplemental budget amendments per year to the Board. The purpose of the first supplemental budget amendment is primarily to reappropriate funds for specific non-recurring items which were unexpended at the end of the Fiscal Year. This budget amendment also includes a limited number of proposed new appropriations to address issues that have arisen since the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2019 budget.

JUDICIAL TECHNOLOGY FEE FUND - $501,146 - Fund balance is reappropriated for the replacement and enhancement of existing technology at the courthouses.
LICENSING, ELEVATOR & REGULATORY FUND - $44,021 - Fund balance is reappropriated for vehicles budgeted in the prior fiscal year.
MANATEE PROTECTION FUND - $148,178 - Fund balance is reappropriated for prior year commitments and the development of a manatee-boating study.
POLLUTION RECOVERY TRUST FUND - $72,347 - Fund balance is reappropriated for vehicles budgeted in the prior fiscal year.
TRANSIT CORRIDOR GRANT FUND - $944 - Additional grant revenue is budgeted and appropriated for the purchase of bus passes for Paratransit clients.
HURRICANE JEANNE FUND - $472,000 - Fund balance is reappropriated and funds are transferred from other hurricane funds to facilitate repayment to Florida Department of Emergency Management.
HURRICANE FRANCES FUND - $466,484 - Fund balance is reappropriated and funds are transferred to other hurricane funds to facilitate repayment to Florida Department of Emergency Management.
