This plat, located on 19.2 acres south of Eller Drive and east of Southeast 18 Avenue, in the City of Hollywood, is currently restricted to industrial use only. The applicant is requesting to bifurcate the plat to restrict Parcel A-1 is roads; and Parcel A-2 is restricted to a conservation area. See attached Staff Report.
