This plat, located on 53.4 acres north of Southeast 36 Street, between Southeast 18 Avenue and the Intracoastal Waterway, in the City of Hollywood, is currently restricted to 69,700 square feet of industrial use. The applicant is requesting to bifurcate the plat to add 88,288 square feet of cruise terminal use on Parcel A-1 and restrict Parcel A-2 to conservation area. See attached Staff Report.
