This plat, located on 4.38 acres on the north side of West Palm Aire Drive, west of Southwest 36 Avenue, in the City of Pompano Beach, is currently restricted to 39 mid-rise units. The applicant is requesting replace the 39 mid-rise units with 39 townhouse units. See attached Staff Report.
