THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 180 mid-rise units, 3,500 square feet commercial use, 28,500 square feet of self-storage and convenience/service station with 16 fuel positions on approximately 6.1 acres, located at the northeast corner of State Road 7 and Griffin Road, in the City of Hollywood.
