This plat, located on 44.9 acres on the south side of Pembroke Road, between Southwest 145 Avenue and I-75, in the City of Miramar, is currently restricted to 500,000 square feet of office use. The applicant is requesting to bifurcate into Parcels A-1 and A-2 and to allow an additional 300,000 square feet of office in Parcel A-2. See attached Staff Report.
