THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
This plat, located on 17.3 acres on the west side of Southwest 145 Avenue, between Pines Boulevard and Pembroke Road, in the City of Pembroke Pines, is currently restricted to 147,414 square feet of office use on Parcel A-1 and 152,585 square feet of office use on Parcel A-2. The applicant is requesting to decrease the office use on Parcel A-2 by 50,001 square feet for an amended total of 102,584 square feet. There are no changes proposed to Parcel A-1.
