The Planning Council, as the Local Planning Agency (LPA) responsible for the Broward County Land Use Plan, considered the following proposed small scale amendment, PC 17-11, and recommended approval at its August 24, 2017, public hearing (Vote of the Planning Council; Unanimous: 13-0; Blackwelder, Blattner, DiGiorgio, Ganz, Gomez, Graham, Grosso, Rosenof, Rosenzweig, Ryan, Seiler, Williams and Stermer), and also recommended approval at its September 28, 2017, public hearing (Vote of the Planning Council; Unanimous: 14-0; Blackwelder, Brunson, Castillo, DiGiorgio, Gomez, Good, Graham, Grosso, Rosenof, Rosenzweig, Seiler, Udine, Williams and Stermer):

From Commerce to Irregular (35.9) Residential
Approximately 3.4 acres; generally located between State Road A1A and the Intracoastal Waterway at Riverside Drive.
