The Planning Council, as the Local Planning Agency (LPA) responsible for the Broward County Land Use Plan, considered the following proposed map amendment, PC 17-13, at its August 24, 2017, public hearing and recommended approval, subject the applicant's voluntary commitment regarding affordable housing to pay $1 per square foot per additional dwelling unit towards affordable housing programs. From a Dashed-Line Area consisting of Irregular (5) Residential to Irregular (28.44) Residential
Approximately 25.0 acres; generally located on both sides of Racquet Club Road, between West Mall Road and Bonaventure Buolevard.
Further, if the County Commission sets the public hearing, the full amendment report and associated attachments will be included as an exhibit to the public hearing item.
