Siemens Industry, Inc., has committed to 25% CBE participation. To date, Siemens Industry, Inc. has not performed optional services under this agreement. This first amendment to the agreement provides for the opening of the new Broward County Judicial Complex West Tower and includes a Siemens Industry, Inc. technician onsite eight hours per day at the courthouse. The technician will address indoor environmental conditions through comprehensive building automation systems services. Other locations and equipment added to this amendment due to their being new and/or recently renovated are the North Mass Transit Building No. 4, Extended Education Building and the South Mass Transit Facility.
