Summary Explanation/Background

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.

The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 209 garden apartments, 10,000 square feet of office use and 31,000 square feet of commercial use on approximately 3.1 acres located on the east side of Davie Road, between Southwest 38 Court and Southwest 39 Court, in the Town of Davie. See attached Development Review Report.
