THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE ACCOUNTING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

In accordance with Florida Statute §136.06(1), checks issued and electronic payments made by the Board of County Commissioners must be recorded in the minutes of the Board meetings. The attached exhibits list the checks issued and electronic payments made for each month as follows: Exhibit 1 – January 1, 2017 through January 31, 2017; Exhibit 2 – February 1, 2017 through February 28, 2017; Exhibit 3 – March 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017.
