On June 20, 2014, Bergeron Emergency Services distributed a letter to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) requesting a supplemental agenda item be placed on the June 24, 2014 meeting agenda to allow discussion of Solicitation T1247309B1, Temporary Debris Management Services. Since the BOCC is recessing for the summer after this meeting, and the bid opening will take place during the recess, the request was to discuss two specific items: Tipping Fees, and Price by Distance.
