MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute an Interlocal Agreement, in substantially the same form as what was presented in Chapter 164 proceedings, between Broward County and the City of Fort Lauderdale, on behalf of the Board; and authorize, after review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney, execution of any non-monetary documents required.

Summary Explanation/ Background
COUNTY ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

In an effort to assure expeditious resolution of the Chapter 164 proceedings with the City of Fort Lauderdale during the Board's summer break, the motion seeks to delegate authority to the County Administrator and County Attorney to execute an Interlocal Agreement containing substantially the same terms as those presented in the parties legislative bodies' joint meeting.
