THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
 
This report advises the Commission of the market value of the investment portfolio compared to the par value, as well as the comparative yield performance of the portfolio, for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
