Amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan – City of Miramar
From 477.0 acres of Irregular (4.62) Residential within a "Dashed-Line Area" and 8.0 acres of Commercial within a "Dashed-Line Area" to Irregular (4.95) Residential
Approximately 485.0 acres in Sections 34 and 35, Township 51 South, Range 40 East; generally located on the south side of Snake Creek Canal, between the Homestead Extension of Florida's Turnpike and Flamingo Road.
