Why Action is Necessary
Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances (The Broward County Land Development Code) requires changes to previously approved or recorded plats to be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

Previous Action Taken
This item was deferred on April 8, 2014 (Item No. 27) to be reconsidered on April 22, 2014 along with an agreement relating to the Conservation Easement located within this plat, and to give the City of Plantation an opportunity to provide comments.
Summary Explanation/ Background
THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances. See attached Staff Report.
