ACTION: (T-11:00 AM) Vice Mayor Ryan commented on issues with the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) and the funding formula that is currently in place. He would like a review of the County’s options. He would like to know if it is economically advantageous for Broward County to opt out of state funding.
