MOTION TO FILE Quarterly Financial Report for the Children's Services Council of Broward County for the quarter ending March 31, 2014.

ACTION: (T-10:24 AM) Approved.

VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Jacobs was not present.

In accordance with Florida Statutes §125.901(3)f, the Children's Services Council of Broward County is required to file a Quarterly Financial Report with the Board.

Compliance with Florida Statutes §125.901(3)f.

The quarterly financial report for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 for the Children's Services Council is attached as Exhibit 1. For the quarter ending March 31, 2014, the Children's Services Council had total receipts of $5,252,672 and total expenditures of $13,403,759. Administrative costs for the quarter totaled $720,771. During the same period, $46,432,231 was invested or deposited.

In addition to the statutory requirements, as requested by the Board on May 14, 2013 (Item No. 32), budget amendments and unaudited financial statements through February 28, 2014 (most recent available) are also attached as Exhibit 2.
