THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE HOUSING FINANCE AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On June 28, 2011, the County executed an agreement with Broward Alliance for Neighborhood Development, Inc. This Amendment to the Agreement will allow BAND to use an additional $570,000 of NSP3 program income for continued rehabilitation of existing single-family units.
