On September 28, 2010, the Broward County Commission adopted a revision to the Broward County Land Use Plan designating certain property within the City of Wilton Manors as a Transit Oriented Corridor. Policy 10.04.13 of Land Use Plan requires an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Wilton Manors and Broward County which provides for municipal monitoring of development activity and enforcement of permitted land use densities and intensities within the Transit Oriented Corridor. The Interlocal Agreement between the City of Wilton Manors and Broward County implements the requirements of the Broward County Land Use Plan for the City's Transit Oriented Corridor.
This item was prepared by the Office of the County Attorney, at the request of the Broward County Planning Council and the City of Wilton Manors as a result of the Broward County Land Use Plan amendment designating the Transit Oriented Corridor. |
