ACTION: (T-10:52 AM) Following discussion, the Board deferred this item to Tuesday, April 22, 2014. The Board directed staff to reach out to the City of Plantation so as to allow the City of Plantation to weigh in on this item. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.)

VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Ritter was inaudible at the time of the vote.

Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances (The Broward County Land Development Code) requires changes to previously approved or recorded plats to be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances. See attached Staff Report.
