ACTION: (T-3:13 PM) Commissioner LaMarca pointed out that Governor Rick Scott has proposed an $83.5 billion budget that will direct $127 million toward beach restoration, in which $77 million will be used to address beaches damaged by Hurricanes Matthew and Hermine.
