Broward County Commission Regular Meeting

MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to enter into a license agreement with the United States Department of Defense (“DOD”), for training operations, to be conducted on one or more occasions at one selected site in Broward County identified by DOD in conjunction with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office (BSO), such agreement to terminate on March 31, 2018, subject to review by the Office of the County Attorney, provided that the County Administrator be notified of the specific sites and dates no later than two weeks prior to commencement of each training operation.

ACTION:  (T-10:26 AM)  Approved.

VOTE:  8-0.  Vice Mayor Furr was not present.
