MOTION TO FILE Annual Financial Report for the Tree Preservation Trust Fund for Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2018.

ACTION:  (T-11:05 AM)  Approved. 

VOTE: 9-0.    

In accordance with the Broward County Administrative Code, Chapter 27, Part XXXIII, Section 27.188(d), the Accounting Division, with the assistance of the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department (EPGMD), is required to prepare and submit an annual report to the Board for the projects funded and the disbursements made from the Tree Preservation Trust Fund.

Compliance with the Broward County Administrative Code, Chapter 27, Part XXXIII, Section 27.188(d).

THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE ACCOUNTING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
