THE PURCHASING DIVISION RECOMMENDS THE ABOVE MOTION.
On February 16, 2018, the Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for Demolition Services was established for one year with no renewal terms and was set to expire on February 15, 2019. The establishment was noted for the record to the Board on March 20, 2018 (Item 27).
The QVL was in effect from the date of establishment of the list by the Director of Purchasing and was to terminate one year from the date of award. It did not include any renewal terms, since the Job Order Contract was being solicited. Currently, the Job Order Contract is not available; the Director of Purchasing extended the QVL for Demolition Services for a one-year term.
Exhibit 1 is the list of current vendors. The Director of Purchasing is authorized to add new vendors based on an advertised solicitation or delete vendors that have been debarred or suspended by the County.
