The Board of County Commissioners fulfills this requirement by nominating Mayor Mark D. Bogen, Commissioner Lamar Fisher and Vice-Mayor Dale Holness for appointment to serve on the Pompano Beach Residential District Advisory Board.

B. Section 12.139(c) of the Administrative Code requires that the remaining members of the Advisory Board be at-large members appointed by the County Commission. The at-large members must be either a resident of the Pompano Beach Residential District, or a full-time employee of a religious, cultural, or social services entity that primarily serves residents of the Pompano Beach Residential District. The at-large members cannot be individuals who are employees, officers, directors, or principals of a vendor of the City of Pompano Beach or the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) within the past five years. Furthermore, at-large members cannot be immediate family of any current board member of the City or the CRA. The Board of County Commissioners fulfills this requirement by nominating Gary E. Mclamore, Mary Phillips, Phyllis Smith, Robert Stanley for appointment at-large to the Pompano Beach Residential District Advisory Board.
