MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2019-113 authorizing the County Administrator to advertise a Public Hearing to be held April 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 422 Governmental Center for adopting supplemental budgets to amend revenues and appropriations.

ACTION:  (T-10:30 AM)  Approved.

VOTE: 8-0.  Commissioner Sharief was not present.

Supplemental budget amendments are required whenever existing revenue sources, such as fund balance, are increased and the change results in an increase in the total appropriations of a fund.

The primary purpose of the supplemental budget amendments is to adjust the Fiscal Year 2019 budgeted fund balances to reconcile with the Fiscal Year 2018 audited financial statements.

A public hearing is requested to adopt supplemental budget amendments in various County funds, primarily to make the adjustments in revenues and/or appropriations needed to correspond with the Fiscal Year 2018 audited financial statements, including reconciling budgeted fund balances with actual audited fund balances.
