This plat is located on 3.4 acres on the northeast corner of State Road 7 and Wiles Road, in the City of Coconut Creek. The plat is currently restricted to one service station on Tracts A and A-1; and 7,100 square feet of bank use, 4,100 square feet of office use and 3,600 square feet of commercial use on Tract B. The applicant is requesting to eliminate the bank use and add 5,000 square feet of fast food restaurant on Tract B. Tracts A and A-1 remain unchanged. See attached Staff Report.
