Summary Explanation/Background

THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE ACCOUNTING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

The quarterly financial report for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 for the Children’s Services Council is attached as Exhibit 1. For the quarter ending December 31, 2018, the Children’s Services Council had total receipts of $76,478,732 and total expenditures of $16,838,809. Administrative costs for the quarter totaled $4,130,962. During the same period, $80,536,403 was invested or deposited.
