On April 18, 2016, the Director of Purchasing approved the Second Amendment to the Agreement to allocate compensation between the two projects, Broward Addiction Recovery Center (BARC) and the Nancy J. Cotterman Sexual Assault Treatment Center.
On December 3, 2018, a negotiation meeting for Work Authorization No. 9 was held for additional contract administration services due to extended construction time resulting from delays from the jurisdiction authority providing building inspections of a bi-directional antenna system installation, coordination with the Fire Marshal, and weather related delays (Hurricane Irma).
