This plat is located on 9.5 acres on the east side of State Road 7, between Commercial Boulevard and Northwest 52 Street, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The plat is currently restricted to 100,000 square feet of self-storage facility and a 200-room motel. The applicant is requesting to add 120,000 square feet of self-storage facility for a total of 220,000 square feet. See attached Staff Report.
