MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate and execute any necessary agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation, subject to review as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, to construct certain improvements at the site located at SR 93 (I-75 Alligator Alley) Section 86075, WB Rest Stop (Francis S. Taylor WMA).

Board authorization is needed in order to allow the County Administrator to enter into an agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the construction of certain improvements at the site.

The site at issue, SR 93 (I-75 Alligator Alley) Section 86075, WB Rest Stop (Francis S. Taylor WMA), is owned by Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and portions thereof are subleased for County purposes. Certain improvements to the site are incorporated as part of ongoing County improvement projects previously authorized by the Board. This item authorizes the County Administrator to negotiate and execute any necessary agreements with FDOT, subject to review as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, for the contemplated improvements
