This plat, located on 10.2 acres on the south side of Sunrise Boulevard, between Northeast 7 Avenue and Northeast 10 Avenue, in the City of Fort Lauderdale, is currently restricted to 140,000 square feet of automobile dealership. The applicant is requesting to decrease the automobile dealership use by 17,600 square feet for a total of 122,400 square feet and add 85,000 square feet of automobile storage use.
