CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS – COMMISSIONER RYAN
ACTION: (T-4:53 PM) Commissioner Ryan referenced the budgeting process for Constitutional Officers, and expressed that the Board has demurred as to allowing Constitutional Officers to perform all of the operations. Commissioner Ryan asked the County Attorney’s Office for their opinion in the coming weeks as to what the Board’s role and responsibility is with respect to a view of an operational analysis of Constitutional Officers in conjunction with funding.
