Commissioner Geller has nominated Representative Bobby DuBose for reappointment at-large to serve on the Community Action Agency Advisory Board in the category of “Elected public official; designee.” Additionally, Section 12.130(a) of the Broward Administrative Code allows Representative DuBose to designate a representative on his behalf to the Community Action Agency Advisory Board. If reappointed by the Board of County Commissioners, Representative DuBose will designate Ebony Pardo as his representative on the Community Action Agency Advisory Board.
