THE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE ACCOUNTING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
 
In accordance with Florida Statute §136.06(1), checks issued and electronic payments made by the Board of County Commissioners must be recorded in the minutes of the Board meetings. The attached exhibits list the checks issued and electronic payments made for each month as follows: Exhibit 1 - April 1, 2018 through April 30, 2018; Exhibit 2 - May 1, 2018 through May 31, 2018; Exhibit 3 - June 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018.
