ACTION: (T-3:27 PM) Commissioner Rich expanded on comments made by Commissioner Sharief and County Administrator Bertha Henry regarding the treatment of people attending appointments at the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Miramar Field Office.
