THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
This plat, located on 23.9 acres on the south side of Stirling Road, between Northwest 94 Avenue and Northwest 100 Avenue, in the City of Cooper City, is currently restricted to 90,000 square feet of office use on Parcels A and C and 42,500 square feet of commercial use on Parcel B. Parcel D is restricted to 32 detached single family units. The applicant is requesting to amend the note on the plat to add 2,500 square feet of commercial use (45,000 square feet total) and 5,000 square feet of bank use on Parcels B and C. Parcel A will be restricted to the existing 90,000 square feet of office use and Parcel D remains unchanged. See attached Staff Report.
