MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2018-340 authorizing the County Administrator to advertise a Public Hearing to be held September 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 422 Governmental Center for adopting supplemental budgets to recognize changes in revenues and appropriations.

Supplemental budgets are required whenever the existing budgeted revenue sources are increased and the change results in an increase in the total appropriations of a fund.

The primary purpose of this supplemental budget is to make year-end adjustments to facilitate the Fiscal Year closing process.

This is a request to schedule the third and final supplemental budget of the Fiscal Year. The proposed budget amendments will involve various funds and the actions will be primarily housekeeping items related to year-end closing.
