Summary Explanation/Background

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL

The Resolution will convey an irregularly-shaped road easement, measuring approximately eight feet by 26 feet, from Rag Davie LLC to Broward County, located at the northeast corner of Davie Road and SW 35th Street. Davie Road is a County road in the Town of Davie. The easement is required to provide adequate sight distance for safety and to install sidewalk at this intersection.

The Resolution and road easement have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
