MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2018-296 approving the allocation of $58,000 to the City of Pompano Beach (“City”) from the Safe Parks and Land Preservation Bond Program funds (“Park Bond Funds”), and approving the agreement between Broward County and the City to allocate Park Bond Funds for the financing of playground equipment at McNair Park in Pompano Beach, Florida. Approves the allocation of Grant Funds and approves the agreement for such allocation.

The City of Pompano Beach (“City”) seeks funds from the 2000 Safe Parks and Land Preservation Bond Program (“Grant Funds”) to help finance playground equipment at McNair Park in Pompano Beach, Florida. The City has approved the Agreement between Broward County and the City for Grant Funds to Finance Playground Equipment at McNair Park (“Agreement”). 
 
This item will allocate $58,000 from the Grant Funds to help finance playground equipment at McNair Park in Pompano Beach, Florida, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
