Summary Explanation/Background
The Children's Services Board (CSB) is comprised of 20 members appointed by the Broward County Commission. The Broward Sheriff's Office is one of the six organizations that nominate a member to be appointed by the County Commission. 

Due to the changes in board composition made during Sunset Review, a Senior Representative of Community Programs operated by the Broward Sheriff's Office serves on the CSB. The Broward's Sheriff Office has nominated Captain Elsie Judon to serve on the CSB. The County Attorney's Office has qualified Captain Judon to serve on the CSB (see Exhibit 1).
