This plat is located on 4.5 acres on the east side of South University Drive, between Southwest 52 Place and Stirling Road, in the Town of Davie, is currently restricted to 120,000 square feet of self-storage use. The applicant is requesting to amend the non-vehicular access line along South University Drive to delete the 50-foot opening at the northwest corner of the plat and modify the conditions of plat approval to eliminate the required right-turn lane along South University Drive.
