Abstain: Good) and also recommended approval at its January 25, 2018, public hearing (Vote of the Planning Council: Unanimous; 14-0; Yes: Blackwelder, Blattner, Breslau, Brunson, Castillo, DiGiorgio, Ganz, Gomez, Graham, Rosenof, Rosenzweig, Udine, Williams and Stermer. Abstain: Good).
