This plat, located on 27.2 acres on the southeast corner of Pines Boulevard (SR 820) and Dykes Road (Southwest 160 Avenue) in the City of Pembroke Pines, is currently restricted to 135,000 square feet of commercial and 125 single-family detached units. The applicant is requesting to modify conditions of approval to allow two inbound lanes and one outbound lane, subject to staff’s conditions. See attached Staff Report.
