THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
This plat, located on 40.4 acres on the west side of Powerline Road (SR 845), south of Copans Road, in the City of Pompano Beach, is currently restricted to 572,930 square feet of industrial use and 20,000 square feet of commercial use. The applicant is requesting modify conditions of plat approval by adding a southbound right turn lane and a northbound left turn lane from Powerline Road due to a new site plan approval issued by the City of Pompano Beach.
