This plat, located on 1.5 acres on the west side of Andrews Avenue, between Southwest 3 Street and Southwest 4 Street in the City of Pompano Beach, is currently restricted to 40,150 square feet of office use. The applicant is requesting to eliminate the office use and add 20,000 square feet of industrial use. See attached Staff Report.
